How long are The Destiny Cycle Books, and how much time will they take to read?

Each book in the series consists of five or six chapters. In Blades of Destiny, the Chapter sizes are 43/56/48/35/38/40 pages. Assuming an average of 300 words per page (and a reading time of 300 words per minute), readers should plan roughly an hour of reading time per Chapter for Blades of Destiny. In Stone of Destiny, the Chapter sizes are 42/68/49/44/38/33 pages; Book Two should have a similar reading time, but likely a little quicker for the last two Chapters. In Heart of Destiny, the Chapter sizes are 67/62/65/64/73. Note that Book Three has one fewer Chapter, so a longer reading time is needed for each Chapter should be planned. That said, each book in the series uses the same POV scene change approach (with every shift including the Character’s name), so readers can take breaks at POV scene shifts within the Chapters.
